I am a person that pays attention to detail and cleanliness is an extreme priority. The facility is so clean and the operation itself is amazing. I popped in to get am item from my unit and the next morning I received a call from them letting me know that Security made a note that my unit wasn't locked properly (I hadn't pushed the gold lock all the way to the right). - I was so impressed with that call. Even though no one could access the inside because it was technically locked (just not as secure as it could be), they discovered that and took the time to let me know.

Very good customer service, clean well maintained premises that is well secured. I needed to check on the size of locker that I rented 2 years later and they were easily able to give me the information, after confirming who I was.

I had a very good experience dealing with the staff at Metro Self Storage. My unit was clean when I arrived and the facilities were well taken care of. When I called the office to inquire about moving out of my storage unit, the staff were very helpful, very friendly, and had great customer service skills. It was overall a very good experience.

Easy to use storage. My unit was kept at the same temperature year round. Dry and clean.
